I bought a ground auger. When attached to the auxiliary hydraulic the thumb wheel in the right joy stick is intermittent. Maybe will work only 5% in the time or less, if at all. I've checked all the electrical connections but can't seem to find any wiring problems. Even though Cat says the switch is part of the joystick handle, I have been able to remove it and take it apart. It is simply a magnet that rocks past an electrical component that is sealed. I don't know if it is the roller switch that is faulty or the control module that it talks to. Is there any comments or advice out there? The new joystick handle and switch is pricey and non-returnable if that's not the issue.
