Mustang 2200R

I have a Mustang 2200R with 1,300 hours on it I am thinking it might be the 3 way HYD Solenoid. It is loosing power when attached to equipment and makes a loud noise when dead heading it any similar problems and repair for this unit?

is it the attachment that has problems? attach a pressure guage or flow meter to the couplers n check the pressure and flow
the loud noise is the oil flow past the relief valve
